Swarna Prashan, which is also called Swarna Bindu Prashan, is an innovation of Maharshi Kashyap. It is a unique ayurvedic formula which helps in enhancing the overall health in children. Several health benefits of Swarna Prashan are elaborated in an ancient classic textbook called “Kashyapa Samhita”. Accordingly, the treatment of Swarna Prashan is recommended for children from 1 to 16 years of age. Though we suggest to give it every day for at least 6 months from the time of birth, regardless, we offer two types of Swarna Prashan i.e. Pushya Nakshatra Swarna Prashan and Anudina Swarna Prashan. It is recommended for children to be taken daily or specifically on the Pushya Nakshatra.
